What a powerful quote!!!

How many times do we just assume that somebody has done something on purpose? As if they woke up that day with the delinerately intention to hurt us. We may then invest a lot of time and energy thinking about what they did. Next time that happens, let's try a new way. Let's try to be curious and see if there is any chance they could just be ignorant of the whole picture. Maybe they have no way of knowing how they actions will affect us. Maybe they don't know better because they live or grew up in a rough environment where their survival depended on adopting certain hurtful behaviours... sometimes hurt people hurt people, until they know better.
